Tumpak Sewu Waterfall or also called Coban Sewu is a waterfall located on the border of Lumajang Regency and Malang Regency , East Java Province . The waterfall with a height of about 120 meters has a visual resembling a curtain so it is included in the tiered waterfall type . The Tumpak Sewu flow falls into a valley that extends to the south which is at an altitude of about 450-500 meters above sea level. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall is the upstream flow of the Glidik River which originates from the southern slopes of Mount Semeru . The flow of the Glidik River from the Tumpak Sewu area joins the Besukcukit River at 8.261°S 112.916°E south of Sidomulyo until it empties into the southern coast of the Malang-Lumajang border, the waters of the Indian Ocean.
